CROSSFIRE

History

LSE Crossfire had its inception in London back in 2003. The group was founded by Alberto Lidji (MSc Management) and, at its core, is aimed at fostering intelligent debate among LSE alumni, globally.

Initial events in 2003 and 2004 were attended mainly by alumni with close connection to the LSE’s Department of Management – known as the Interdisciplinary Institute of Management in those days.

However, over the years, LSE Crossfire has developed considerably and today consists of members representing diverse professions, age groups and academic disciplines.

Our membership base has a presence in every continent, and includes leaders within leading investment banks, law firms, media agencies, government, supranational institutions and non-profit organisations.

As we approach our tenth anniversary in 2013, our goal is to ensure LSE alumni are able to participate in high calibre intellectual exchanges in much the same way as they did during their time at this wonderful School.

Your feedback...

“I just wanted to say how thoroughly impressed I was by last night’s presentation... Since leaving the LSE I’ve worked as a bond trader for several years and wasn’t sure how much I’d enjoy the event… but with a very high calibre speaker, strong audience and well chaired event, I found myself absolutely captivated! - Thank you!”
